Pro-Am 2011 Competition at Southern Star Brewing

Southern Star Brewing is holding another Pro-Am competition with the winning recipe being brewed at the brewery and released as a new addition to their Pro-Am line as well as entered in the Pro-Am competition at this year's GABF. Rules for entry this year:

- homebrewer must be an American Homebrewer Association member
- entries must be greater then 5% ABV
- entries must be ready to drink within 2 months after brewing
- four bottles are required of each entry along with the recipe

There is no entry fee and you may enter as many different beers as you want.  The deadline to submit entries is April 6th and the judging date is tentatively set for April 10th.
